Education
Sculpture courses in the Netherlands (with sculptor Jan Kalsbeek in Leiden) and in Canada (with sculptor Bruce Garner at the Ottawa School of Art).
Artist statement
I try to create visually intriguing works by combining found objects and store-bought materials. My works range from fairly abstract to stylized representation, frequently refer to nature, and occasionally contemplate the human condition. The larger works are usually designed for gardens or patios, while the smaller works are more suitable for homes or offices.
