This dynamic primer on electronic art is for artists and enthusiasts of all disciplines.
Designed to encourage and inspire, this session will give a wide perspective on artists and artworks that use electronic and digital technologies to make them happen. Presenting an elegant cross section of works from the performing, media and visual arts this evening will highlight everything from immersive extravaganzas combining screens and live performance to mixed-reality gaming that brings theatre to everyday life. Names will be dropped, sounds and images will be presented, fun will be had without even touching a single button!
Although not essential to any of the Artengine workshop series Getting Wired is highly recommended as a starting point for novices and enthusiasts.
