Rules of the Program
Each artist recieves the exact same hour of footage tape from Much Music. The hour is an unedited hour of the sations programming. The tape includes the program French Kiss and one half hour of Videoflow.
The artist can use only this cassette as the source material to create their piece. They can use text and effects to modify the footage they have been given. However, they are only provided with three days of edit time to produce their piece. Their final project must be no more than 5 minutes.
The final project will be screened outdoors at 11:00PM on August 29th, 2003 as a part of the Galerie SAW Gallery Art Star Video Biennial.
