Epilogue Zing24 Laser Cutter

The most significant addition to our equipment inventory in 2012 has been the Zing24 Laser Cutter. The 30 Watt laser has a 12 inch by 24 inch cutting surface, and is capable up cutting or engraving a host of materials including wood, plastics, leather, paper, foam core and many more. Artists, designers and makers have been exploring the creative capabilities of the laser for both experimental projects and new ideas for craft.

Currently, we do not have a set price structure for the laser. To gain access you must be a producing member (more info here), and must be trained on the machine. We will work with you to find out the appropriate pricing structure for your project based on the materials you are using and the level and complexity of the laser use.

If you are curious about the laser cutter you can come out to the regular session of the Mod Lab (link), which is our open studio on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month.
