Media Lab

The media lab is a shared facility with SAW Video and is designed to encourage experimentation in digital sound and image production. Supporting both Windows and Mac applications the small studio is equipped with a 7 ft projection screen, an active 3D system, multi-channel sound card and acoustic treatments.

Access to the Media Lab requires a Media Membership ($50/year) which gives the member free access to the space for one year.

The Media Lab is equipped with:

• Mac Pro dual boot with Windows 7 and OSX 10.6
• Quadro 4000 graphics card (2GB 256-bit GDDR5 dedicated RAM for graphic processing)
• nVIDIA GeForce Active 3D System
• Optoma HD66 Projector (720p Native, 2600 Lumens)
• M-Audio Profire610 Soundcard (6 in / 10 out)
• Dynaudio Studio Monitors
