ARGENTINA
Argentina is party to the 1961 Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol, the 1971 Convention and the 1988 Convention.

 

BOLIVIA
Bolivia is party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 protocol, the Convention on Psychotropic Substances, 1971, the Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substancesand the 1988 Conventionwhich was ratified in 1990.

 

BRAZIL
Brazil is party to the 1961 Convention as amended by the 1972 Protocol, the 1971 Convention and the 1988 Convention.

 

CHILE
Chile is party to the 1961 Convention as amended by the 1972 Protocol, the 1971 Convention and the 1988 Convention.

 

COLOMBIA
Colombia is party to the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the 1972 protocol and the Convention on Psychotropic Substances, 1971.

 

ECUADOR
Ecuador is party to the 1961 Convention on Narcotic Drugs as amended by the 1972 Protocol, the 1971 Convention and the 1988 Convention.

 

URUGUAY
Uruguay is party to the 1961 Convention on Narcotic Drugs, as amended by the 1972 Protocol, and the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Drugs.

 

VENEZUELA
Venezuela is party to the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961, as amended by the 1972 Protocol; The 1971 Convention, and The Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1988 (ratified 16th July 1991).
