OAG - Call to artists

CALL FOR ARTISTS!

The Ottawa Art Gallery (OAG) is inviting local artists to create an original and bold design to be printed on our new OAG T-shirts! We accept only 1 submission per artist. Deadline for submissions is 10 June 2012. A distinguished panel of judges will chose the final design. The winning artist will have their design printed on 200 limited edition T-shirts, and be profiled on our website and newsletter plus receive a $600.00 artist fee.

THE JURY INCLUDES:
Regine Paquette (Victoire Boutique)
Naj Peterson (NRML Clothing)
Amy Thompson (visual artist)
Howie Tsui (visual artist)
Ola Wlusek (OAG Curator)

HOW TO ENTER:
- must reside in a 200km radius from the OAG
- your design must be an original artwork
- must be in 1 colour (with the possibility of the Gallery to have it printed in any chosen, single colour)
- submit 1 digital image, via email only
- deadline is 10 June 2012
- send your submissions to Stephanie Germano, sgermano@ottawaartgallery.ca and include your name and “T-DESIGN” in the subject line.
