In the tradition of collecting and recording experience through found natural objects, Joyce Majiski contains remnants of her expeditions into the Yukon wilderness in her series of boxes in this exhibition including “Caribou Box” and “Sea Box I.” They contain fur shed from animals, shells, rocks, driftwood, and lichen.
